Saturday night we won our conference tournament, beating one of our arch-rivals 50-37.

Awesomeness! I am very proud of our team.
Now, we have to play the #2 team in the state on Tues, and then have a rematch with the same team we beat this Friday. So, no rest for the Catholics, I guess.

Well, if we can survive our district, we've got a shot. Our district is extremely tough. There are only 6 teams in it...but...the AP preseason rankings had...one school ranked #1, another school (the one we just beat) ranked #3, us ranked #5, and another team as an honorable mention.
3 of the top 5 teams in the state in one little district of 6. (There are 16 districts in the state) It doesn't hardly seem fair.
