I'm only 9 days away from running the Comrades Marathon, an 89km/56mile route which took me 11 hours and 19 minutes to complete last year - and which I'm battling nerves with this year...

I've tried a type of reverse-psychology to motivate myself to train, by raising money to send some kids to school, but of course now I actually have to run the race...

I'm looking for any type of encouragement at this point, my stomach is in knots... Join my Facebook fan page (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=99714805967), read my blog or pledge some $$$ - anything to get my mind off of running that far
