I just got the game over the weekend and so far I like it. I have played it for about 3 hours and it is pretty fun. The graphics are very nice and the controls are pretty good. Very similar to games like Starquest. You can pick 4 eras and either play a campaign type game or pick a single scenario if you don't have a lot of time.
If you are into the role playing/turn based type games you might like it.

Is this part of the Age of Empires series? If i had a personal computer, this is the sort of game i would want to play.

I think it is from the makers of it! Activision makes it with Stainless Steel Studios

I downloaded the demo and played around with the scenarios (cause that's all the demo does) and it seemed a lot like a more graphically advanced version of Age of Empires.
I could see myself spending hours parked in front of the computer if I bought this game.
