That’s true! People usually think that the most important thing is to know how to move your legs when running and that’s it. But there’s much more to running than that. For example, you don’t have to try to run as fast as you can, but train moderately. There’s no use in exhausting yourself when all you’ll achieve is being completely tired and all your muscles will hurt. Another thing is to take care about a proper breathing pattern. It’s a common mistake to start training without knowing how to breathe correctly and breathing is one of the most fundamental aspects in running. You can try to start exercising with someone who is more experienced and who can show you the ropes.
