This race is this Sunday Sept 25, 20 mile race. It's another one of those " seemed like a good idea at the time I registered.." races.
20 mile race! What on earth was I thinking. I'm hoping it will get the marathon fever out of my body.

I think my enthusiasm is diminished because I just realized I have to get up about 3am and leave at 4am for the race!

Sounds good to me - you get a 20 miler in, don't have to worry about what your course is or carrying water, and then afterwards you can head to the Brewery District for a little carb re-loading Very Happy

The getting up at 3:00 AM would suck, though
