It's not on display as of yet...at least from the early reports.
They may not even have possession of the dress.
Other rumors indicate that it will eventually be on display, maybe after the next BIG election cycle in 2008, after the hoopla has calmed down.
CERTAINLY, though, it's been cleaned up by now.

On GMA this morning a reporter was asking Hilary about the replica Oval Office and if she suspects Bill will wander around it after hours and reminise since there is an apartment upstairs the library for Bill to stay in when he goes to Little Rock. Hilary chuckled and replied something like she wouldn't be suprised.
