Classical Stretch is a stretching technique developed by Miranda Esmonde-White, a former prima ballerina whose career was cut short by injury. She developed the program with chiropractors, doctors, and physiotherapists. It fuses yoga, ballet training, pilates, and more. It is amazing to me how I feel like my whole body has been worked by relatively simple moves and stretching. After running I do just the barre work, since the workout is 55 minutes long. It is separated into floor work, barre and mat work. On days you don't run this program will leaving you feeling energized and strong.
