Are you chronically late? Why?

Are you late for some things and early for others?

It would seem that I subconsciously don't want to do the activity I'm late for. This morning, I really didn't want to take the shuttle bus, and I kept "finding" things I had to do before I left the house. The same thing happened when I worked.

I'm always 15 minutes early for class. I'm at least 5 minutes early for dates with friends.

There are accidental late times. I have overslept to the point where I can't make up the time in driving and/or quicker shower. Traffic. Getting lost because you have sucky directions.

I always try to be early. Which can only be accomplished when I am doing things by myself

Late for work. Early for most everything else, except dinner with the in-laws. Wink

I'm notoriously early for almost everything. I get to the stadium 2 hours before kickoff. If I have a flight, at least two hours early. Job interviews: I'm sitting outside in my car 30-45 minutes early waiting until about 15 minutes before the interview.

Work - I'm early and stay late. If I'm meeting somone for dinner or lunch usually only about 15 minutes early.

However, for my funeral I intend to be late as the devil Twisted Evil

No, I'm usually on time. I think everyone is late every once in a while, but I try not to make it a habit.

I have a friend (and her hubby) that are ALWAYS late to everything. And it's not even 10 minutes late, it's REALLY late. We're talking a half hour to an hour late. And I think that is just really rude and it gets really annoying.

I'm also early for everything. My thought is: better safe than sorry. You never know when you may get stuck in traffic, etc, etc...

I think my earliness bugs my wife on occasion, but she'd be late a LOT if I weren't around.

I'm unpredictably early or a late. Well, I haven't analyzed it at least because if I did I'm guessing that I'd find that I was passive-aggressive with my late tendencies. I'd rather be oblivious to that for now.

guilty as charged I'd say it was what you said, but I'm even late for good things.... Embarassed I think I just get sidetracked and distracted doing something else and forget it is time to leave.

I'm early if it's important to me....otherwise, I am passive aggressively late....and that is usually something related to bureaucratic bullshilt....
