must be thankful for Mel Gibson's big screwup and the media latching on to something new.
I wonder if the celebrity of the day in trouble sits around praying for someone else to screw up and take the heat off???

When I was in the Army, we had an incident where this one Sergeant was clearly the crux of the situation. In other words he had "messed" up. When I asked him if he was concerned about the situation he said words that will always be with me:
"Sir - In a couple of weeks there will be a new @$$hole of the month for you guys to yell at."
You know, its very true.
