So, I had it checked back 3 months ago.

275. Shocked

Triglicerides were the biggy at over 300. Shocked

I've been on Lipitor for about 2 months.

I had a recheck last Saturday, and my nurse called last night with the results:

164! And Tri's down to 78!!! My wife said my HDL and LDL numbers are still a bit off, but that phone call made my son's birthday party all the better! Mr. Green

I'd say my running has helped, but my high numbers are genetic. I'm sure the running helps a tad bit, though.

Now, if I could just lay off of that Monster Breakfast Burger from Burger King every morning...

Sounds very familiar...except for the lowered numbers. Then again, I'm not on drugs...yet.

You can't help it. Cholesterol is an additive in Wisconsin like fluroridated water. It's in everything!
