It's been 20 years since I saw them down at the Spectrum, where we were last night, and after that long, Simon Le Bon IS-STILL-HOT!! PC---your man looked pretty good too
They put on a fantastic show, obviously they have NOT fallen into the "has been" category that so many of our old classics have when they try to make a comeback. We had heard from Fionn McCool at CR that their most recent tour kicked ass, and he wasn't lyin! If you get a chance to see them and you were a Duran fan, it's well worth it. Thanks MW....that was a great time! |
Cool! Good to know there are still some good bands out there that haven't retired to the "has been" category!
