Well it has been 5 great years of running for me and this race marks my 5th anniversary of racing.

I did okay considering the heat etc. My watch time was 22:42 and I think I was 105 out of ???. The official results aren't posted on the web yet. I felt okay today. It was 80 degrees and humid at race time.

Mile 1: 7:01
Mile 2: 7:24
Mile 3: 7:39
Finish: .37

The splits were about normal for me during a summer race. Although I thought i was at 7:04 for the second mile. I guess I misread the clock.

Have a safe and happy Independence Day.
