Well I went into this race with no expectations and my results showed it. 80 degrees and felt humid at the 7:30 race time.
Mile 1: 7.15
Mile 2: 7.23
Mile 3: 7.37
Finish: 35.16
Total: 22:52
I ended up 11'th in my age group and if I remember correctly 110 overall. Just biding my time through the summer until I start getting ready for the Jacksonville Marathon.

Tis not bad at all for a guy who went into the race with no expectations! I'd say it was a very good race, considering. Good luck with future training.

I sure hope so. Just counting down the days until September 1 when I start training for the Jax Marathon.
