What movies have some of your favorites
Bullitt
Gone In Sixty Seconds (1974 version, and the remake)
The French Connection
Blues Brothers
are some of my favorites
The Terminator 3, has one of the most unique with the crane (best scene in the whole movie)
I just happen to catch most of the 1974 Gone in 60 Seconds version the other morning when I was riding on the trainer, and I think it was one of the best I have seen to date, apparently the whole thing is over 40 minutes. I actually ordered the DVD yesterday so I could see the entire movie,

Lets' not forget come comedy chases:
What's Up Doc ? GREAT car chase.
W.C.Fields' car chases.
Keystone Cops - note: this was all live action with real cars and no computer generated stuff. The Police car is really hanging off a cliff.

Yours are good Capn
and I am going to add: The Bourne Identity.
Great Car chase...it's like an homage to the French Connection.

To Live and Die in LA (William Petersen driving the wrong way on an LA freeway)
Ronin (DeNiro - awesome chases through European streets)
The Driver (Ryan O'Neal, Bruce Dern and lots of 70s cars)

My Gone In 60 seconds DVD's got here today. I watched the 1974 version earlier today with the boy, and with the stereo speakers cranked up.
Must say there was some good driving in that.
I am going to watch the Nick Cage version a little later
