You all won't believe this....
But....
That guy is from SOUTH DAKOTA!
His name is Bruce Crevier, or something like that.
I've seen him perform dozens of times. He usually pulls people out of the crowd, and makes them try to copy his ball-handling techniques...pretty funny.
I even was called out once. As soon as he could see that I could do a few things....he pulled out the artillery. Made me look like a fool.

to be honest, I think he just uses it to wipe sweat off of his hands, and the basketballs, should they come in contact with his skin.
I never noticed it.
