Well, it's a good thing for Calvin that Hobbes can never die. I guess unless Mom gets so sick of him that she tears his head off and eats is stuffing.

What a deep way to look at life. I have seen that look too many times with parents and their young children. With all of the bad people, I often wonder why little ones get sick and die.
