Or Ohio or Illinois or Pennsylvania. It's been reported that the police will pass you when you're doing 95 mph.

Ditto all of that for Texas.
Kentucky was super strict. I didn't go more than 5 over without staring at my rearview mirror there. Here? If you are only going 5 over you'll be given the finger, cussed at, tailgated, maybe even shot at and thats just what the cops do...

In Southern CA, it was reported on the news that the CHP would be enforcing speed limits again, now that they're not as involved with homeland security. They specifically mentioned my freeway on the news too. I have been driving the speed limit.

hmmm, motorists are really careless lately. it's not the speeding so much as just complete neglect of signs. I saw 1 accident, one near accident, and one person almost get run over on my run this evening. i was thinking about how runners say they're going to die running, well that just may happen here in Madison, literally.
I don't care how fast people are driving around me, I just put on my CD and drive...and let them pass if they're in such a hurry.
