I have been swimming leisurely most of the time I spent at the beach or pool. However I got interested in butterfly recently. I grew to like the stroke and am enjoying watching other people doing it. Naturally the next step is to do it myself. What do you think about butterfly workouts?

Well as with any other stroke you will have to start with the basics. First you have to learn the essential moves maybe each of them separately. Then you will have to join them in one nice kick. Then you can start building up some advanced techniques. I suggest you find some experienced coach to help you with that. He can save you precious time with his suggestions and tips.
