Maybe the tights or training suit you’re wearing is irritating your skin. When you cycle, you sweat a lot I suppose, and fabric that is close to your legs can cause irritation. So, first of all, try buying some quality tights and maybe that will solve the problem. Another thing that you can try is a cooling gel or crème which you can apply to your skin after the training. If this happens every time you’re cycling, maybe it’s not so bad idea to go and have your veins checked, because sometimes burning sensations can be caused by vein problems and the sooner you check it, the better, because if you have to treat the problem it’s easier when diagnosed earlier.
