Roxio came with my laptop but really doesn't work that well. I have had nothing but problems with it. I tried Nero and it seemed to work ok.
What software are you using to burn CDs?

I burned one yesterday, and used Windows Media Player to do it. Didn't know I had that option until my Musicmatch went on the fritz (we have paid upgrade of that one, but it has to do something with either restoring the puter to a previous date or all that spyware crap fudging up the works.)
I used Smartdisk MVP a long while ago, and it was ok but not great, and for some odd reason isn't recognizing the cd-rw right now and won't do it. Then there's the default software that came with the HP, but it skips songs, for reasons as of yet I've not concluded.
So... if you have WMP, you could do that. Nice interface, but downside is it takes a bit to do. Took 14 minutes to record 47 minutes worth of music yesterday. Not that it's a long time by any means, but if you're in a huge rush...
When I picked out the smartdisk software, hubby told me that nero was rated highly. Of course that was some time ago.

I actually like Roxio the best of the different products I've used.

I use Easy CD Creator. So far so good with it, it's easy to use and does the job!
