I would like to have a more masculine figure. I would like to add some muscle mass in my shoulders. I heard that swimming is good for building shoulders. I just don’t know what exercises to use. I would appreciate some tips how to develop broad and muscular shoulders. Thank you for your help.

Although swimming can aid in developing nice shoulders you can’t expect to have strong muscular shoulders from swimming alone. You have to hit the weights. When it comes to developing muscle mass, strength and power nothing can beat lifting weights. Barbell or dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell lateral raise and bent over lateral raise are the best exercises for developing strong front, middle and rear delts (shoulder muscles).
