Alright, question -- who else runs in the heat of the day? I'm not one for waking up early to avoid the heat or running at night (that's my relaxing time) so even in the summer heat I still run in the middle of the day. I wear a camel back and drink about 2 L of hyge in an hour run.

Of course I sweat like a faucet, but I feel like I get a great workout. Plus on race day.. I'm well weathered (pardon the pun)

I generally run in the afternoon (11:30). I was carrying a waterbottle, but that was just awkward. Last Thursday, I picked up my Helium Fuel belt. I don't like running in the evening cause that is my relaxing time too. And I CAN wake up early to run, but that's all I do...just open my eyes, think about it....and go back to sleep.
