Chicken breasts that is... Razz

Regular price: 3.98/lb

That's what the meat department that I work in at the supermarket is offering on sale this week...

People were buying them like crazy...one lady bought 14 at one sitting Shocked ...I was thinking holy cow! that's alot of chicken!

Heck yeah. When chicken goes on sale, it's worthwhile to buy a lot and freeze it. With the bird flu coming around, I'm thinking I can get some major bargains. Surprised

CHECK THE DATE! Make sure it wasn't a couple days ago. Remember that it was almost out of date when you freeze it. This way if you unfreeze it and don't cook it within a day, you have to throw it out.
