What do most of you guys normally eat in the mornings?
For me its generally a bowl of cereal, and 2 pieces of wheat or multigrain toast.
When its gets cooler, I will have oatmeal or eggo waffle's

i am a muffin person.
i make my own low-fat in different flavors (apple, blueberry, pumpkin, banana walnut). i make em, freeze em, and zap em every morning.
NOBODY touches my muffins in the morning - 'cept me.

at home I have a bowl of cereal, glass of OJ, glass of Milk, 1 a day multivitamin, and my medicine.
Then at work it is a 32 oz cup of Mountain Dew and a blueberry muffin.
On the weekends, it is usually eggs or pancakes or cereal, with Milk and OJ.
