Coffee, a doughnut (my once-a-week fix - I could never qualify for the po-po on that alone), and sourdough pretzels.

I am just going out to run now. When finished I will be going to the bank. While there I will stop by the Panera and get a skim latte and a cinnamon crunch bagel (my new addiction).

A granola bar and one third of a donut. Mad Somebody brought in donuts and no one bothered to tell us down here at the poor end of the hall. One donut left with three of us to feed so we divided it up and ranted about being left out.
