I always bring my own food to work. If I have a workout in the morning, I'll eat breakfast when I get to the office.
Today, I get up, go swim, arrive at the office....left my f'ing food at home. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, bottled water, all of it. 
Ended up going to the cafe in our building (horrible selection) and settled for 2 Quaker Oats breakfast squares and a bottle of orange juice. Maybe I can get home real quick during lunch and pick up my food.

That sux! I had a whole wheat tortilla with PB andflax seed wrapped around a banana. It was delish. It looked rather odd though.

I absolutely hate forgetting my daily food supply because the selection in our cafe and vending machines sucks. Today's intake so far is a cinnamon bagel with pb and a piece of chocolate cake since it's a cow-workers birthday.
