Quisp??? I loved that as a kid. I usually have a pac of trail mix.

Today was a granola bar, followed by a piece of nut bread somebody brought to work. I'll be nibbling on frosted mini-wheats soon and my apple gets devoured around 10:30 am

Edited to add that someone brought donuts so add two donut's to my tally.

Yup, the protein/cytomax is a post ride recovery drink. Then I put some actual food in my stomach

Dinner was so tasty, that I decided on another breakfast burrito for breakfast! I think maybe I really needed the protein, because my body is feeling tons better this morning!
