What I had was four waffles with some Northern Comfort. (that's the name a Vermont tree stand calls their maple syrup). What I would have liked was some coffee with that, but this was at four in the morning.

I love that stuff. Embarassed Course I have to add a couple tablespoons of whole raw flax seed. My DH thinks I'm feeding the zoo most mornings. Neutral

I just ate granola and a banana while driving to work....not really what I'd most desire...

breakfast in bed...I'd still be in bed, of course. That's what I'd like..health issues aside.
