What I had was four waffles with some Northern Comfort. (that's the name a Vermont tree stand calls their maple syrup). What I would have liked was some coffee with that, but this was at four in the morning.

LMAO went super healthy today.......A bacon egg and cheese biscuit from Chik-fil-A. course I ran 12 miles to balance it out!

Of course what I just had was Kashi GoLean Crunch, 1% milk, and coffee.

I love that stuff. Course I have to add a couple tablespoons of whole raw flax seed. My DH thinks I'm feeding the zoo most mornings.
