Three egg omelet (My cholesterol is about 130) with cheese. Today we go to lunch at a local buffett. Tonight its grilled fish of some sort.
Last night it was broiled chicken, veggies for dinner. Four choc chip cookies for dessert.

I know that beer will be part of dinner. Maybe this taper stuff isn't so bad after all.
