As the number forty approaches, and I’m getting older, I feel that I’ve become too static and that I need some excitement. A sports activity could be the cure for my boredom. Suggest me a few exciting sports to shake my world. I’m healthy and strong and I can do almost anything. It can be even one of those dangerous, extreme sports.

Midlife crisis, pal, right? I know, been there, done that. To be honest sports helped me to get through, because I almost flipped out at the idea that I was getting older and that I wouldn’t be attractive anymore. One of the options was to find a lover and buy a fast, expensive sports car and start acting like a jerk and I chose sports. You can for example, try scuba diving if you live somewhere near the sea or ocean. It’s not considered to be an extreme sport but it’s really exciting. You must have your heart examined before that because you must be perfectly healthy because of the water pressure. Another interesting sport is bungee jumping! Now that’s a real adrenaline booster and only those who have enough courage try it.
