Nancy Drew
Frog and Toad--still a favorite
Little House series
All books Judy Blume
Chronicles of Narnia
Where the Sidewalk Ends
E.B. White books
Beverly Cleary books
Loved Encyclopedia Brown!

Lots of books from book orders, too many to mention!

I've gotten Libby a lot of those, and have even introduced her to the Madeline L'Engle Time series, which I did not read but have heard good things about them. I try to read what the kids do, so I need to get cracking. I've bought her quite a few books lately.

Yep. I loved Encyclopedia Brown. I also read all of Judy Blume. I loved Beverly Cleary.

I also remember the children's biography series. I read JFK's and many others.

I also picked up a copy of "Flowers In the Attic" by VC Andrews when I was 10. My dad thumbed through it to see what I was reading and blew a gasket. That book creeped the H*ll out of me!!!! From then on, my reading content was strictly monitored.
