Not only does the story focus on the achievements of Hicham El Guerrouj, Salah Hissou and Ali Ezzine, for their major rivals are given almost as much book exposure. Hence, this literary work is very much about an era of men's distance running ('94-'04), an era which saw a remarkable rise in the standards of the sport, coinciding with a greater influx of African participation.

I think this is a similar price to 27 pounds if it is $45 American. I am going to try to on sell the book myself in the future for about $45 Australian.
