What DVD had the best 'extras'? I watched the Mummy extras, specifically "Making a Better Mummy" and it was awesome. Very  and it even had subtitles.

Extended Edition
Otherwise, Black Hawk Down: Director's Edition. 3 discs, four commentary tracks (including one with the author of the book Mark Bowden, and another with the actual Rangers who were in Somalia), and numerous documentaries.
Fight Club and Seven have good extras (Fight Club has an author commentary as well).

Almost Famous: Untitled is another good one. It includes both the theatrical version of the movie as well as "Untitled" which is an extended version which is even better (and it's a good movie to start with) plus a plethora of special features and a commentary track with Cameron Crowe's mom.
