Help me choose best moderate stability shoes. I started running last year and I noticed that all my shoes used to wore off on the inside part of my feet. Then I found out that this is overpronation. A salesman at a sports store told me that if Im overpronating I should wear moderate stability shoes because they somehow solve this problem. Any suggestions?

Ill tell you what my choice would be. Of course, dont take it for granted and try the shoes before you buy them. When you switch to a new model, never buy online because sizes are not the same for each manufacturer. Besides, what fits me perfectly can be uncomfortable for you. Asics Gel Kayano 13 is one of the best models. These shoes provide medial support and excellent cushioning. The possibility of injuring is minimized. The price for this model is a bit higher 134 USD, but theyre worth every cent. Another pair Id recommend you is Saucony Grid Omni 5. I must admit that their appearance is not that spectacular, but when it comes to performance theyre superb.
