Hi everyone! I go to Colorado State University and I was hoping you all could take 2 minutes and answer these questions for me.
1) Average training hours or distance per week
2) Height and weight
3) Number of years running
4) Male or Female
5) Your age
Thank you all very much. I am trying to estimate and equation that can predict a persons optimal 5k time using this information. I appreaciate all your information very much. Happy running! ---- Mike

1) ran about 40 MPW in 2004. Dropped down to about 35 MPW in 2005
2) just a tiny bit under 6'-0" and currently tipping the scales @ 162.5 lbs.
3) almost 4
4) Male
5) 34

1) Average training hours or distance per week - umm..during the XC season it was about 35-40 mpw..during the track season its only been 20 mpw..during the summer im planning on going 60 mpw
2) Height and weight - 5'7, 128 pounds
3) Number of years running - 2 years, but only 1 year of serious running
4) Male or Female - Male
5) Your age - 14

1) Currently 60-75 mpw and climbing (building base at the moment)
2) 5' 8.5", 133 lbs, just under 5% BF
3) little over 5 years but only about 1.5 consistently and more seriously
