3) Number of years running
4) Male or Female

Thanks again! I'll let you know how this turns out.

I would answer, but I've had to almost completely give up running. My runs are sporadic now, and another 5k is but a dream.
My major exercise is walking the dogs.

are your moderator duties taking up too much of your time?
my 5k times are rather dated like 20 years ago in HS.
so those results
would be
15:45 (approx)
at about 52 mpw
for 4 years
height 5'10" at 126 pounds
I was a male then, well ok, i still am 20 years later

At the time of my best 5k which was 5 years ago
My summer/off-season training was 40 miles/week
On-season training was about 30 miles/week
I was 6'0", 140lbs. Still am that size and weight.
I had been running for 2.5 years.
I'm a male.
I was 17.
16:47 is my best 5k time.
