Very interesting. I read an article recently that scientists have a theory for the Oracle of Delphi as well. It turns out that the temple is built over three main fault lines that converge, and the Oracle's room was right near the convergence point. Apparently, there is ether escaping from the convergence point.

Yeah, I read about that too, O. L. Keen how the "mysteries" of the old world are slowly unravelling, eh? Greek Fire, and whatnot. :)

edit: Thought of another -- recently, some German scientists have figured out what Egyptians used for mummification.
