You all know I changed jobs in October...construction back to marketing.
Now...it looks like they want me full-time for a long time. I've been asked by several peopel in the past and lately why aren't I doing marketing full time because I'm so good at it?
I'm thinking about finishing up as a marketing degree instead of construction because it looks like I'll be doing time in the marketing dept. with a construction degree at a construction firm anyway. I'd be finished with my math and science and I could go to school 100% in Tulsa, have two schools to go to that interchange credits and get done in the same amount of time, but only going part time to actual class or 100% online.
I'd have to pay for before/after school care, but salaried for this company is very family oriented. There'd be health benefits. They pay for a gym membership.
I need help with some pros and cons I haven't thought about.

If that's not a top-three pros list, I don't know what one is.

You can do marketing work with a construction/engineering type degree. You can't do construction/engineering (white collar) work without that type of degree.
If you are anywhere close to finishing construction/engineering degree, I suggest you finish that before abandoning or changing that ship. (You can always persue a minor or a 2nd degree in marketing.)
Talented, hardworking females with those types of degrees, in a industry dominated by males, can usually write their own career path. (Even if you wanted to spin off in another direction.) I would advise against making a short-sighted decision that you might regret after two months of a new job.
