Is there anything I need to be on the lookout for? I'm a little nervous in putting this together that i might mess it up or break it. Is there anything tricky or hard to do about this?

Aren't there only 3 parts? Mine came pre-assembled.

Ack!! The dreaded trainer! Shocked

Speaking of which...I still haven't tried out any of my Spinerval dvd's yet. I'm skeered.

Have fun with your new toy and I hope you enjoy!

I got it put together.... funny note... it took me about 45 minutes. I was putting the resistance unit on upside down and could not figure it out for the life of me. The directions don't have good pictures and the way the directions are written are sort of confusing... If you don't know what they are talking about, then you just don't know what they are talking about and reading the directions won't help!!!!!

But, I finally figured it out.

Now I just need to get the bike on there. That might be tonights challenge!!!

Getting the bike on it is easier if you dial back the roller all the way, and then lock the hubs. Once complete, then dial back the roller to the tire, you may need to adjust up and down based on your preferred resistance
