every 6 months, i actually enjoy going. Makes up for the lack of care I had as a child. I've lost track of the number of cavities I've had. I do know as an adult, I've had one.

I love having clean teeth.
I floss and brush everyday.
I see my dentist every 6 months for cleanings.
My husband has a severe case of gingivitis and his gums are literally rotting and killing his teeth. It's disgusting. He used to go every two weeks for a scaling, but he quit.

I have finally gotten back into the habit of going every 6 months after putting it off for a few years. I made my dentist a nice chunk of change after a whole bunch of crowns and fillings.
Thankfully I am ahead of the curve again and I am trying to do a better job of brushing and flossing.

I tend to go to the dentist every 6 months. I missed my last appointment so I had to reschedule for November.
