At least it matters when it comes to a cell phone ring. I have my cell phone set to just a nice short simple ring. Why do some people have some peeps have their phones set to play an entire chorus of a song?

Yea, I hate that! But then I also have mine set to the loudest ring possible, the siren. But for good reason, sometimes at the gym I have it plugged in charging and if I'm in the back, I don't hear it. Most of the members know my phone ring but every now and then a newbie looks like they want to evacuate when my phone rings.
One of my business partners tells me to use the vibrate mode. I refer to this as pleasure mode.

Most of the time mine is on vibrate, so I just look like I am falling out until I answer the phone

mine plays "hey ya!" and I do let it ring so I can hear the song a little bit. but I never let it ring when I'm in a situation that would disrupt something, so very often I keep it on 'vibrate"

I thought you would have some Brahms or Hayden for sure.

i've chosen the double whammy - the vibrate/ring combination. it's a short ring thing at the moment.
i keep accidentally changing my "ring". i didn't choose this song, it chose itself. it's never a dull moment for me in cell phone land.

it's summer, so I thought I'd go with something fun and light. come fall, I'll return to the classics, prolly some Mozart or Beethoven. I tend to be that way with the way I dress too. I go a little wild or contemporary in the summer, then back to being a "moderate" in the fall.

Mine phone is usually on the bottom of the diaper bag and takes me forever to find the thing. If not for the long ring I'd never find it.

I change my phone rings according to season. I have Jingle Bells for Christmas, Star Spangled Banner for the 4th of July, etc. I also use the vibrate/ring combination. It definately lets me know if it's my phone!
