HEY! I played oboe for 10 years!!!

...and I was GOOD!!!

BTW, I play spoons, too. It is a big joke my Japanese husband and I (a girl from KY) have! I do it just when I need to to make him laugh!

My vote is for Cello!

For me, it depends on the song.

My favorite instrument, the Euphonium. Get a good player playing it and you can feel it in the air and in the floor. It is incredible.

Unfortunatly, I've only got that feeling once or twice while I played it. I'd probably get it more if I actually owned a euphonium.

I'm actually partial to the cowbell. The most under appreciated member of the percussion family

I played that too. Most folks have no clue what that is, so i just tell them baritone, which i also played with a few others in the brass family.
