Nothing really to report, 5K in 31:13. It was a perfect morning for running. But three years ago to the day I ran my first race ever at the Bagelfest. Back then it took 38:22 Embarassed

Not that 31:13 is anything to write home about, but I will take it.

And guess who I visited with after the race? None other than Xero from over there.
