Nothing really to report, 5K in 31:13. It was a perfect morning for running. But three years ago to the day I ran my first race ever at the Bagelfest. Back then it took 38:22
Not that 31:13 is anything to write home about, but I will take it.
And guess who I visited with after the race? None other than Xero from over there.

You're out there racing and doing something for you! That's something to report about!

If it were not for me being slow, those others wouldn't look so fast

What Tribob said. I take my duty as the caboose very seriously! Think of all the other runners whose race experience is enhanced by passing me
Plus, look at the improvement, that rocks!!!

Go Alan go! That is some improvement! Wish I could do that.
Maybe in three more years you will win it.
