One Asiago Cheese bagel from Panera and some spectacular caffeinated coffee. I might be at Diva posting speed today. Mr. Green

Large bowl of All-Bran cereal with skim milk. Neutral

I'm supporting my wife as she tries to lose the post pregnancy weight.

At least I had a large mug of strong black coffee to wash it down.

Raspberry Toaster strudel-I dipped into my long run stash- at home and then cottage cheese and pineapple at work.
Coffee accompanied both, of course.

I'm trying to remember what I had yesterday.....oh yeah....coffee and a rather generous slice of homemade banana bread (Cooking Light recipe, so it was also healthy!)

Today it's oatmeal cookie pancakes and Boca "sausage" patties....

Me and the kiddies cooked and ate a whole pound of bacon. Me and the girl had scrambled eggs and the boy asked for skinny side up eggs.

Good thing my chloesterol numbers are good
