A new end of months feature that we can start

  • Cycle: 97 miles
  • Running: 62 miles, my lowest in a long time
  • Lifting: 5 times at 40 minutes each

Pretty sucky month running wise, but I increased my cycling to x2 a week, and took a few unscheduled days off from running

Ooh, I like this idea.

Run: 114.5 miles
Bike: 50 miles
Swim: 2 miles

That's with a whole week off with being sick.

Month: August

Sport Count # Distance Total Time
Cycling 29 517.60 30:36:10
Running 21 125.50 18:06:03
Strength 11 XXXXXX 10:00:00
Swimming 6 11700.00 05:50:00

Cycling was a little low, but I only took 2 days off for the month.
Running was a little low, I took of 3 unscheduled days due to knee pain.
Strength was just about right.
Swimming was a lot low. I didn't put in too many hours at the pool this month. (And I wonder when I suck at swimming, but excell at cycling)

Running: 105.1 miles
Time: 14h 57m 53s
Avg. Pace: 8:33/mile

One of my higher months for the year. I am still in a slow-down mode due to the 133 I did in July. Probably another week of low mileage and then I start planning my training for a Marathon in December.

Ran 106.75 miles. Started off slow, coming off of injury, but logged 67 miles in last two weeks.

September should be 130+ barring any setbacks...
