SCHOLARSHIP RUN 5K/1 MILE - Friday, April 23, 2004 7:45 P.M.
Come run this flat and fast double-loop road 5K or our 1-mile track run....many a PR has been run on this 5K course!
That's got to be the same route as the Logan's Night Run and sonnylax and I did last year (the overall winner ran a 14:25 ). When they say flat, they mean flat. There's a number of turns because you're basically running a rectangle for 2 loops, but that's the only downside.
I haven't decided if I'm doing this run yet. It's the Friday evening before a duathlon I have on Sunday.

Sounds like a good race. Unfortunately I'll be in OKC as part of a marathon relay team that weekend.

Agreed. Very, very, very, very, very flat course.
Wish my knee was up to it PH or I would attempt to join you in Loganville again.

If you are going to Loganville from Cobb County... you might as well devote 2 hours to the drive. It took me about an hour last time to travel to Loganville and already live in Gwinett County.
