My neighbors tell me they were in line at Wal*Mart (Evil Empire), when the couple in front got engaged right there in the Wal*Mart. With the accompanying announcement on the PA system.
I don't know about you guys but I could think of more special places to propose in than the check out line Wal*Mart

Wal-Mart would rank below the crack house but above the head shop.
