No, I'm not counting my chickens just yet. (The Sox were up 2-0 on the Mets and look how that ended)
I just wanted to say that I'm glad Womack didn't get hurt too badly last night. I really thought he might have broken his collar bone, and it was good to see that he was in the lineup tonight.

I don't know what's worse: The fact that a World Series calibur team commits 8 errors in 2 games.... or the fact that the Cardinals can't beat them while they do so.
This isn't a World Series, this is freekin tee-ball!

I kept waiting for the Cards to put up a 5 spot off of one of those errors.
Truthfully, Manny's errors didn't surprise me at all on Saturday.
Bill Meuller's errors last night did. He's normally very sound, and can make some remarkable plays down the line. I suppose at least they weren't throwing errors that put guys into scoring position, but still...
I can't believe how bad they've looked in the field.

Interesting how a few ex-Phillies players/coaches are doing so well on other teams

You can find that with most teams. David Ortiz and the Twins is a prime example.

Hell Cleveland is the best training grounds for future all-stars on other teams imaginable.
