After the lost key episode resulting in me having to drive 100 miles the other night, tonight he manages to RUN OUTTA GAS about 8 miles from home!  WTF?? How does a grown man run outta gas????  It's been one of those weeks at the UP household. 
On the up side he decided against getting a new cell phone and taking my old one so I can get a new one.  I didn't say a word, not a word! 
Oh yeah, and JUJR drove right past him sitting along the road!

My DH thinks it's a personal challenge with the car to see just how far he CAN drive after the low fuel light comes on ESPECIALLY when he's in a car that will tell him how many miles he has left to go on the fumes left in the tank.
I've told him on several occasions, don't call me when he's out of gas. I won't help him.

To save yourself the embarassement of being locked out of a car, have a copy of the door key made and put it in your wallet or purse

Mine is the complete opposite. If the needle is a smidgeon off of the Full side we need to stop and get gas. NOW.
