I have always been obsessed with speed. I like endurance too. So I have worked hard to achieve both. I may boast with good endurance and admirable speed. How do you train? Are you riding fast? What is your normal riding speed and are you able to sustain such speed during the whole ride?

I like to think that I am riding fast. Not all the time, of course. Nobody is. When you ride up hill you slow down. But when you try to descend the steep incline you can enjoy high speed. You get reward for all the trouble and difficulty you had to put up with when you were riding up hill. If you ride on flat ground you can enjoy some good average speed.
